Transfers can take up to 7 days to complete.

When the transfer is started an email is sent by the registry to the admin contact to confirm the transfer. Once this has been done the transfer is processed by the registry.

the most common reason for account suspensions is expiry of the hosting account.

Whilst we do send a notice for the suspension if the contact address is on the account that was suspended you will not receive it.

I have just had a reply back stating that

These contact changes can take 3-5 business days to complete as it is a manual
