Josh D. replied on March 11, 2010 03:57 to the question "CORE" in Hostroute:
Hello,
Yes, unfortunately in order to authenticate yourself, and to see all services up for renewal, you must log into CORE. There is no way around this, and this is the industry standard, and common practice on the Internet.
If you're missing services in CORE, please raise a ticket with us at http://helpdesk.hostroute.net, and someone would be more than happy to sort this out for you.
We can definitely notate what type of service is up for renewal. Thanks for pointing this out. I have created a ticket for my team to add this tomorrow morning.
We're always looking for suggestions on how to make CORE more friendly and usable for you. Is there something in particular you'd like to see us add?

Josh D. replied on March 08, 2010 13:01 to the question "RECOVER USERNAME & PASSWORD" in Hostroute:
Tony,
If you are trying to retrieve the password for your CORE account, you can reset it by going to the following URL and follow the instructions:
https://core.hostroute.com/client/pas...
If you need the password for a single domain once you're inside CORE, go to this domain, and click "Reset Password". This will email you the new password.
Hope this helps!

Domenic,
You can update your name servers by going to Hostroute CORE (https://core.hostroute.com/) and clicking on the domain in question, then clicking "Modify"

Lisa,
The easiest way would be to upgrade your hosting plan to the next available level. You can do this by logging into CORE:
https://core.hostroute.com/
Once you're in, select the hosting account in question, click on "Change Plan", and then select a new plan with more disk space.
I hope this helps!

David,
Not sure what happened, but it looks like your domain was renewed on the 28th of last month. If you run into any more issues, the fastest way to get a response in times of emergency such as this is to raise a support ticket at:
