Hi Karen,

You will need to set your nameservers to ns.srv2.com and ns2.srv2.com, please allow 24-48 hours for this change to propagate throughout the Internet's DNS servers.

Once this change has gone through you can access cPanel at http://edwga.org/cpanel or FTP to ftp.edwga.org and upload your files into the public_html folder.

You should have already received an email containing your cPanel login details, if you haven't please raise a helpdesk ticket at http://helpdesk.hostroute.net and we will take a look for you.

You can setup email accounts for domains that you have a premium hosting account for by logging into cpanel at [domain name]/cpanel
For free hosting accounts supplied with domains you can either setup mail forwards by logging into [domain name]/cpanel or use the default email address supplied and setup a catch all to forward anything@[domain name] to that email account.

I can only apologise about the renewal notice not getting through to you, sometimes these get caught up as spam.
