I sent two message, the last on Fri, Jan 22, 2010 at 5:51 AM, to abuse@hostroute.com, reporting TOO MUCH SPAM from magdi@ecs-ukltd.com (whom I don't know), and you did nothing, for over two weeks.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT...

Inappropriate?Well, replying after 1 week to tell me this proves that you just dont care. Why don't you check the two email messages I SENT you (per your instructions in the TOS) where I included the headers and all the info, and how about investigating this account!!
