why do I continue to be locked out of cpanel, and no auto-pay??
Every time I try to log into cpanel I am given the "incorrect log-in" message. Why? I have been using this account for years and never had a problem until you changed to the new CORE system. Have you changed my password? I have never had a problem in years until you changed to core and this is getting very annoying.
Also, where the heck do I set my account on Auto-pay? It shows as not possible to set this up. Why would this be? Are you telling me that I must log in every month and make a manual payment??
Uggh. Please help.

In order to setup auto renewal, you need to add a credit or debit card in the Credit/Debit Card section of CORE, this then allows you to set auto-renew on any services you wish.
I can only apologise for any issues are having with cPanel, we would not have changed the password, however if you wish to reset the password please click the login to cPanel link in CORE, click cancel to the username and password prompt, then fill out the forgotten my password area on the next page.

Inappropriate?Got the same problem plus one of my domains is missing! I paid the £65 to renew it and it has not appeared in my domains in this new core system...help
