I can't get into helpdesk.hostroute.net by using the link which was sent to me by Neil Houston. Instead its sending me to cPanel with a message saying Apache is working on your cPanel and WHM Server. I have now been sending problem tickets back and forth most the morning and still not having the problem solve.
